First Year Swimmer's Water Practice

Join us at our temporary practice location for all swimmer's joining swim team for the first time. This will be a time for our coach's to get to know our new swimmers and assess their readiness for swim team. 6 & Under: 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM 7 - 8 year olds: 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM 9 & Over: 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM Practice will be held at the Georgia-Carolina Nature & Adventure Center located at 4316 Three J Road, Evans, GA |

Full Team Dryland Practice
WLCC Lawn

Dryland practice will involve conditioning exercise appropriate for each age group. This is a chance for swimmer's to meet their coaches and teammates before getting in the pool. Dryland activities will be held in the lawn area by the St. Andrews ballroom (left of the pool area). Coaches will work with each age group at the following times: 6 & Under: 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM 7-8 year olds: 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM 9-10 year olds: 6:00 PM - 6: 30 PM 11 & Older: 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM |
